General FAQ's

Q. WHERE IS THE VENUE AND NAME?
A. This state of the art venue is The Phoenician Ballroom, operated by St. George Maronite Center. This grand ballroom is located at - 6070 Babcock Rd, San Antonio, TX 78240

Q. IS PARKING FREE?
A. The parking is absolutely FREE, there are enough parking spots available in the premises. Park at your own risk, Dee Creations or the venue will not be responsible for any loss or damages.

Q. WILL THERE BE SECURITY AT THE VENUE/EVENT?
A. Yes, to ensure the safety of all our guests we will have multiple SAPD officers and there will be a few officers not in uniform as well.
Q. WHAT TYPE OF FOOD WILL BE PROVIDED?
A. A Grand Indian Dinner Buffet will be served, and we will have both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. You ticket covers any food, water and soft drinks etc. Do not forget to visit our Cash Paan stall as well.

Q. ARE YOU GOING TO SERVE ANY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES?
A. A full cash bar will be provided by the venue. This is extremely important for us to remind you to drink responsibly. Don’t get behind the wheel after you have been drinking. Do Not Drive Intoxicated. Get a ride, if you need to. Be Safe. Be Smart.

Q. IS THERE GOING TO BE A MIDNIGHT CHAMPAGNE TOAST?
A. All the guests on table will be served with complimentary champagne to toast friends, far and near.

Q. IS THERE GOING TO BE A SEPARATE FOOD FOR THE KIDS THOSE ARE IN THE BABYSITTING AREA?
A. Yes, the kids those are in the babysitting room will be served with pizza, snacks, juice, water etc.

Q. WHAT TIME THE DINNER WILL BE SERVED?
A. The dinner buffet will be available from 8:00PM-10:30PM.

Q. CAN I BRING IN OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK?
A. Absolutely NO. Outside food or drink of any form may NOT be brought in. The security officer will be checking at the door.
Q. WHAT IS THE ENTERTAINMENT PACKAGE AND IS IT COVERED IN THE TICKET COST?
A. Your ticket covers your money’s worth with this entertainment package: State of the Art Ballroom, Huge Dance Floor, Grand Indian Dinner Buffet, Free Parking, Belly Dancer, Robot Dance, NYE Photoshoot Backdrop, Party Favors, Pulsating Dance Performances by Rhythm by Richa, Shikha’s Duo, Live Singing and many more...

Q. WHO IS THE DJ?
A. We are featuring the seasoned and very experienced DJ SID, with top of the line audio system and lighting. There will be non-stop music and entertainment throughout the event.

Q. WHAT KIND OF MUSIC THE DJ WILL PLAY?
A. We will entertain you with very popular music from Bollywood, Regional and Multilingual (Hindi, Telugu, Malayalli, Bhangra etc.), International Hits, and much more... We will also be requesting the guests to submit their songs in advance.

Q. HOW LONG THE BELLY DANCER WILL BE PERFORMING?
A. The belly dancer will perform for 30 minutes in two 15 minutes segments.

Q. HOW ABOUT ROBOT DANCE?
A. The robot will be entertaining you for an hour.

Q. IS THERE GOING TO BE A MIDNIGHT CHAMPAGNE TOAST?
A. All the guests on table will be served with complimentary champagne to toast friends, far and near.

Q. WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR THE EVENT?
A. We are requesting to come with formal attire, however this is an event where you dress to impress others. Do not be an odd man out!

Q. MAY I KNOW THE PROGRAM SCHEDULE?
A. Below is our tentative program schedule, this may subject to change.

Q. WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?
A. There are multiple options, you may buy tickets online from our site, from Eventbrite and/or from Sulekha. You may also call us to get you tickets offline, for minimum six tickets please.

Q. WHAT TIME THE ONLINE SALE WILL END?
A. Our online sale will end on Dec 31, 2022 at 1:00 PM CST.

Q. CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE DOOR?
A. Yes, you may however it is subject to the availability.

Q. IS THERE ANY DISCOUNT AVAILABLE?
A. We offered multiple discounts in past, our last early bird offer ended on Nov 30. You can still save a lot if you buy now compare to buying at the door on the day of the event.

Q. WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
A. Our Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds. Our Return Policy: No returns accepted. Our Cancellation Policy: No cancellations accepted. Our Delivery Policy: We will email you the e-tickets to your inbox after you complete your purchase.


Q. MAY I TRANSFER OR GIVE MY TICKET TO ANOTHER PERSON IF I CAN'T ATTEND?
A. In some special cases, we will allow that, the original ticket purchaser must call us in advance to clarify and we will make some special arrangements to make that happen.

Q. IS E-TICKET DIFFERENT THAN THAN ENTRY PASS?
A. The primary ticket purchaser must show the e-ticket digitally on phone or bring a printout of the e-ticket to our front-desk and collect your entry pass. The front-desk staff will ask the primary purchase to show a valid photo ID to get the actual entry passes.

Q. I PURCHASED MY TICKET ONLINE BUT NEVER RECEIVED IT?
A. Your e-tickets were emailed to you automatically upon successful payment. First, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still have issues not locating your ticket, reach out us via email contact@deecreations.com
Q. IS THERE A BABYSITTING SERVICE AVAILABLE AND BABYSITTING HOUR?
A. Yes, there will be professional babysitters available at the venue during entire event (7:45pm-1:00am). The babysitting room is next to the main hall, under the same roof.

Q. WHO CAN USE THE BABYSITTING SERVICES?
A. The babysitting service is available to those only who are attending the New Year’s Eve program.

Q. IS THERE A PROCESS FOR CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT?
A. Yes, parents are required to sign in while dropping off and picking up their kids, a valid photo ID will be required, each time, no exception.

Q. IS THERE A COST FOR THE BABYSITTING?
A. Yes, it is $10 per kid of 5-10 years of age.

Q. IS THERE FOOD FOR THE KIDS IN THE BABYSITTING ROOM?
A. Yes, the kids those are in the babysitting room will be served with pizza, snacks, juice, water etc. and it is included in the babysitting ticket.

Q. IS THERE GOING TO BE ANY ENTERTAINMENTS FOR THE KIDS?
A. Yes, there will be television, movies for kids, we are hiring a professional clown services, etc.

Q. CAN MY KID COME TO THE MAIN HALL DURING MIDNIGHT/ NEW YEAR CELEBRATION?
A. Kids may be allowed to the main hall at the midnight under parent's supervision.

Q. IS THERE GOING TO BE A FEE FOR KIDS UNDER 5 YEARS?
A. Kids under 5 years can enter for free, as long as they are accommodated by the parents on their seats or stroller/car seats. Simple math, if a seat is occupied there will be full charge.

Q. WHAT IF A PARENT WANTS THE KID TO STAY ON THE SAME TABLE?
A. Then a full ticket must be purchased regardless of the age. It is optional, and the parent must understand that there will be loud music in the main hall and few different entertainments.

Q. WHAT IF MY KID IS OVER 10 YEARS AND WANT TO BRING IN?
A. Absolutely, there will be a full cost for kids over 10 years of age.

Q. HOW CAN I PURCHASE BABYSITTING TICKET?
A. It is the same place and similar process as buying a table or individual ticket, it is available online.
